1. General Information
- We currently deliver our products across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
- Orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Rajasthan or from authorized distribution centers, depending on product availability.
- You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order has been placed successfully.
2. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following working day.
Note: During peak seasons, sales, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates
Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched via a reliable courier partner. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping charge of ₹49–₹99 may apply, depending on your location and order size.
- Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you make the payment.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.
- You can track your order status using the link provided or by visiting the courier partner’s website.
- If you face any issues tracking your shipment, contact us at support@maruveda.in with your order ID.
6. Delivery Process
- Our courier partners will make three delivery attempts at your provided address.
- If the customer is unavailable, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
- In such cases, reshipping can be arranged (additional shipping charges may apply).
- Please ensure that the address and contact details provided are accurate to avoid delivery failures.
7. International Shipping
At present, MaruVeda.in does not offer international shipping.
We currently deliver only within India.
However, we are working to expand our services globally in the near future.
8. Delays and Exceptional Situations
MaruVeda.in will not be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, or public holidays.
- Inaccurate shipping addresses or customer unavailability.
- Delays caused by third-party courier companies.
In case of significant delay, our support team will notify you via email or phone.
9. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@maruveda.in with clear photos/videos.
We will:
- Investigate the issue, and
- Either send a replacement or process a refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
10. Change of Address
- You can update or correct your shipping address before the order is dispatched by contacting our support team.
- Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
11. Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address,
- Multiple failed delivery attempts, or
- Refusal to accept the package,
the customer may be required to pay reshipping charges for re-delivery.
